We wanted to the recreate the legend of the dabbawallahs in Chanigarh.  The scope of work included designing service ware, plating, décor and menu planning. Bespoke brass hued dabbas were created for the promotion along with old school canteen tokens for the service of food, the menu redesigned in the shape of a local train ticket.

As a part of the nationwide roll out of the evening lighting ritual in the Taj Hotels, Stable partnered with a few of the palace properties to design installations which captured the Indian tradition of lighting a lamp in the evenings to dispel darkness. The key inspiration was the city and the location the property was in.
